Mom, This one's for you!!

As most of you know, I sing in a womens barbershop chorus, that my sister Lucy directs,and that my Mom has sung with for like 30 years. So Thursday night I had my camera, so I decided to film the song that we end with after each rehearsal, so they could all say hi to Mom. Mom, they were so happy to do it, and not at all shy about being in front of the camera. Sorry, you might get kinda sick, cuz I move around in a circle, but I hope you enjoy and sing along!!

Happy Birthday Lucy!! A few days late.

So, last Tuesday was Lucy's birthday, so the girls and I decided to take her some flowers and donuts. While we were there we decided to go to another fun park by their house. As you can see from the video Kali could have stayed there all day jumping in. She sure does love the water, and her Aunt Lucy!! Sorry the video is so long, but I set up this blog mostly for the grandparents who live far away, so they will loooove it!!

Wheeeeere's Kali?

So? Can you find Kali? Sunday afternoon I couldn't find Kali. I walked past her room, and then did a double take. Sure enough, there she was, sound asleep on the floor. Once again I win "Mother of the Year"!!!

Day Camp - It doesn't get any better!!

On Friday I had the opportunity to spend the evening at Day Camp. We had such a great group of boys - never a minutes trouble. The highlight of the day was when they hooked up the fire hose and sprayed them all down. As you can see in the picture, it looked like they all jumped in a swimming pool. I was just glad they had dried out before they had to get in my van to come home!!! Check out Lydia and Heather's links for more pictures!!!

Water Fun!!!

We went to play at this fun water park by Trevor's new house today. The kids had a great time! Kali wasn't to sure about the water at first, because they would stop and go, and she didn't like to get soaked.

Girls Room!

I had my friend Heather cut me out a saying for the girls room. Just trying to make their room cute!!!

Cousin's!

I took my camera to Brandon's party the other night so I could take a cute close up of Kali for my blog, and wanted to do it in front of Jeni's pretty flower bed. So, I was snapping pictures away of Kali when Elizabeth came out and said "You take my picture too Aunt Kari?" So who could resist taking pictures of these darling little girls. Then of course we had to move inside and add Aunt Lucy to the picture!

Kamille's ballet recital video is finally up. This was at one of the dress rehearsals because we couldn't video during the recital. She is the one closest to her teacher on the right. Enjoy!!!

Okay, well blogspot let me post Brady's video. But when I went to add Kamille's it did the same thing as last time. I guess I only get on video a day!!! So, check out Brady's video, and cheer him on!

Kari's Top 5 Reasons As To Why She Hasn't Posted A Blog For Over A Week!!

So, my Mom was mad because I told her about my blog, but then she said I never added anything - Well, This is why - I don't just sit around all day eating bonbons and watching movies - Although I would love to for just one day!!!! But due to my lack of Blog Knowledge and some technical difficulty (which I am convinced is blogspots fault) it isn't laid out exactly as I wanted, nor does it have the video clips for Brady's swimmeet, and Kamille's recital. Oh well, hopefully I'll figure it out soon.

1) Brady's 1st Swim Meet

I finally got the video to upload! He was very discouraged because he lost every race, but then I watched the video of how close the race was, and was very impressed! He also didn't get DQed in any of his 4 races - which for a first timer is very uncommon! So, after I shared this with him he was feeling a little better! He's the one on the top of your screen!

2) 4 Days of Ballet in a ROW!

Kamille had her Ballet Recital on Friday night. They asked me to be the class Mom, which required me to be back stage keeping them happy, and quiet, not only on recital night but Tues & Wed. for dress rehearsal as well, IN Sunnyside. Plus they had normal ballet class on Thursday. But as you can see in the video - it was allllll worth it!!

What Kamille Wants - Kamille Gets!

After much begging, I finally gave in and let Kamille get her ears pierced. We went Friday when Granny was here. She was a trooper - Didn't even flinch! She loves them and has to show everyone!!

Cousins

Thursday after Uncle Jay's funeral we cousins had a quick photo opp. It was to visit with each of them, just wish it wasn't for that occasion.

Kamille's Preschool Graduation

Thursday night was Kamille's Preschool Graduation. We had a great family picnic at the park, and then the grand ceremony!! Mrs. Elliot was her teacher. She did a great job, and Kamille and the others are really ready for Kindergarten. Yippee!!
