Kali was in a good mood the other day and had on her new outfit, so I decided to snap a few shots of her around our yard and the neighbors yards. We had a lot of fun, but she wasn't always too willing to smile or keep her eyes open.

Rumplestiltskin!
All 3 of the kids tried out for the Missoula Children's Theater Production of Rumplestiltskin. Lucky for me all 3 got a part. Kamille was a busy bee, Taylor was a gnome, and Brady was a Knight of Blatt. They all had a great time and did a fabulous job on their parts!

Phoenix! Here I come!

Kristin was having her bridal shower, and I thought it would be fun to surprise her and show up. My uncle lives down there, so I called to see if he would be around to pick me up and drive me around, and have a place to lay my head. Lucky for me he was, so I booked my flight and off I went. The very loud scream and the tears made it all worth it!!! We had a fun afternoon hangin out together. It was fun to catch up with Rachel Hill as well. I was able to meet up with Kristin and Debo and his daughter Victoria on Sunday and have lunch. It was nice to meet them and learn more about them. Monday I got to lie by the pool with a good book and peace and quiet. Thanks to all who watched my kids so I could have a great weekend!!

To all my blogger friends...
Please do not die from shock! I am very aware it has been many moons since I last posted, but winter is just really not that exciting at our house!! I was a few posts behind, so do not feel in the least bit obligated to read all of them, but you may if you feel so inclined! Enjoy!

Taylor's New Ride!

When we were on our way to Seattle, we stopped for a potty break, and this limo was sitting there. Taylor wanted his picture taken with it soooo bad, that he had the nerve to go ask the guy if I could take his picture.

Seattle Supercross!
Saturday we took Taylor to the Seattle Supercross for his Birthday. We had a great time walking around the pits, and happened to be in the right place at the right time for a couple of pictures. We had great seats right on the turn after the start. We had a great time, and were even more excited when hometown favorite Ryan Villopoto won the main event.

Trip to Lake Chelan
My Mom and Dad were headed to Chelan to visit with my Dad's 99yr old Aunt Daisy, so Kali and I decided to tag along. I have soooo many great memories of spending time in Chelan when I was growing up. This first picture is of the view that was from my Grandparents kitchen window. They lived in this beautiful home right on the water. You turned at this tree to go down to their dock. Sometime in the mid 80's the city decided they wanted to make a river walk park right where the house stood, so my grandparents had to move. I am at least happy that the park is well maintained and still has the beautiful view that I love.
Kali's First trip to Lake Chelan!
We always used to feed the ducks at Grandma's house. Kali didn't have any food, but the ducks came for a visit anyway!

Spring Band Concert
Brady is playing the Trombone in the 6th Grade band this year. He is first chair, and even had a small solo during one of the songs at the concert. The band did a great job for as short a time as they have been playing!

Energy Bunnies - In the House!
This year in chorus we have been working on having more energy on stage. So my good friends wanted a little help remembering and thus wore their bunny ears during contest weekend. It worked too. We took 4th place overall, and improved our score from last year by over 50 points! Way to go Rolling Hills Chorus!!

PSB Special Performers

Kamille was chosen by her Ballet teacher to be in a special performance for a few select girls from each class who show great effort and enthusiasm during class each week. They got together a few Saturdays to learn their routines. The performance was great, and then Miss Nicole shared a few words about each girl and gave them each a rose. Way to go Kamille!
